Responsibilities

• Representing our client’s brand with confidence and enthusiasm across a variety of in-person settings — from trade shows, to sporting events, shopping centres to events and workplaces.
• Engaging with potential customers, having genuine conversations, and helping them find the right products or services for their needs.
• Learning proven marketing and sales techniques including building rapport, handling objections, and closing sales effectively.
• Taking part in regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and skills workshops to support your ongoing development.
• Working toward individual and team goals while maintaining a positive, professional attitude — even when faced with rejection (resilience is key!).

Requirements

• Full-time availability and the ability to commute daily to our office.
• Must be 18+ due to the nature of the role.
• Must be able to commute daily to Colchester office.
