Job Description
Responsibilities
- Liaise with Sales Manager and Managing Director to plan and execute monthly marketing campaigns.
- Lead the creative direction and strategy across Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter and TikTok, plus potentially any other social media platforms such as YouTube.
- Plan, create, edit, and publish engaging content tailored to each platform
- Develop content calendars and campaign ideas aligned with brand goals
- Identify trends, opportunities, and viral content ideas
- Build and grow online communities and engagement
- Use AI tools to improve content creation, editing, research, and automation
- Introduce new AI-driven systems and ideas to help modernise the business
- Analyse platform performance and optimise content based on insights and analytics
- Collaborate with the wider team to communicate the brand mission and story effectively
Requirements
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter and TikTok, plus any other social media platforms such as YouTube
- Strong understanding of social media platform growth strategies
- Experience creating high-performing social media content
- Skilled in video creation, editing, storytelling, and content planning
- Knowledge of AI tools
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for branding and trends
- Passionate, proactive, and excited to grow with the business
Preferred
- Experience using InDesign and Photoshop – or similar software
- Experience in using Omnisend or email marketing – or similar software
- Photography or videography experience
- Experience building personal brands or company brands online
- Graphic design skills
- Experience with automation tools and AI workflows
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite
