Job Summary

Own the data-driven optimization and automation agenda for eCommerce and digital marketing, turning site performance, campaigns, and CRM data into faster growth and higher ROI.

Own site performance, UX, and conversion experiments to lift revenue and activation.
Drive cross-channel ROI through paid campaigns, automation, and AI-enabled workflows that connect data, systems, and sales.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Managing and improving eCommerce website performance and conversion rates
Running and optimising paid advertising campaigns with a strong focus on ROI
Improving website speed, functionality, and user experience
Uploading and managing products, pricing, specifications, and structured data
Creating and launching supplier-led promotions and marketing campaigns
Working closely with the sales team through Zoho CRM
Supporting automation projects and system improvements across the business
Leveraging modern technologies, including AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs), to improve efficiency, productivity, and business processes
Analysing website, campaign, and sales data to identify growth opportunities

Requirements

Experience working with eCommerce platforms such as WooCommerce, Shopify, Aero Commerce, or similar
Understanding of conversion optimisation, digital performance, and revenue growth
Experience managing or supporting Google Ads campaigns
Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Strong Excel skills, including formulas, data manipulation, imports, and exports
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
A hands-on mindset with the confidence to implement changes independently
