Job Summary
Own Italian press relations and content where you shape earned media through stories, reactive newsjacking, and proactive pitching; tie coverage to client KPIs and new business pitches.
- Content and press materials, outreach to Italian press, and journalist relationship building.
- News monitoring and trend spotting to position clients in timely conversations.
- Progress reporting to managers and ensuring monthly KPI delivery across clients.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Write content and press releases
- Create media lists and outreach stories to the Italian press
- Build relationships with Italian journalists
- Maintain a finger on the pulse to continually monitor news and proactively come up with ideas to put our clients at the centre of trending conversations with reactive newsjacking
- Search for coverage and links
- Keeping your manager up to date on progress and results
- Ensure all your clients hit their monthly KPIs and ensure a high level of activity is being achieved
- Support with new business pitches
