Responsibilities

• campaign development & execution - plan, develop, and deliver two menu refresh campaigns and all additional marketing campaigns per year - write comprehensive campaign briefs and manage the end-to-end delivery, including creative development, execution, and post-campaign analysis - support the development of new menu refreshes by providing insights and recommendations to ensure alignment with market trends and customer preferences franchise support & marketing material oversight - review and approve marketing materials from franchise markets to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and messaging - act as the primary point of contact for franchise partners on marketing matters, providing support and guidance as required website + social channel management - oversee the wagamama international websites + social channels, ensuring they reflect the latest brand and product information - manage the administrative relationship with franchisees who hold website + social channel update rights while maintaining overarching control and quality assurance - ensure franchise markets remain compliant with local laws and regulations related to website content and digital accessibility customer satisfaction + insights - manage the relationship with our third-party customer satisfaction provider (Hgem) - analyse customer feedback monthly to identify trends and opportunities for improving market expansion + new market onboarding - support the Head of International Marketing with the onboarding of new franchise markets through developing tailored marketing plans

Requirements

• ideally experience in an international marketing role, ideally within the food and beverage or franchising sector
• strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously
• proficiency in digital marketing, website management, and working with third party platforms including Facebook and Instagram
• ability to devise marketing strategies and campaigns
• ability to inspire and energise key stakeholders in proposed marketing activity
