Job Summary

Own the full marketing motion for a hotel and golf club, from planning and content to digital and events, with a clear line to sales results.

Growth Infrastructure: plan and execute integrated marketing across the website, social, e-marketing, and industry channels to drive bookings and events.
Sales Alignment: support the sales function with marketing plans and marketing materials for weddings, conferences, and F&B.
Digital Content Engine: manage WordPress sites and social activity to promote growth and bookings, including collateral creation.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Grow sales across all hotel venues and Whitefields Golf Club through planning, organisation and implementation of strategic marketing and promotional activities.
Support sales with marketing plans and develop content for marketing material.
Manage digital and e-marketing strategies and continuous improvement.
Oversee website management via WordPress and maintain social media to promote growth.
Design and produce marketing collateral and drive wedding bookings and business development activities.
Assist in annual sales and marketing planning with the General Manager and directors.

Requirements

minimum 3-years hotel, hospitality, conference & events marketing experience

Preferred

Knowledge of venue quality accreditation, sustainability and quality standards would also be advantageous
experience of golf clubs and club membership
