Own partner development and selective growth for an affiliate network, focusing on relationship building, strategy, and opportunity spotting to drive merchant engagements.

Affiliate growth: attract, onboard, and nurture merchant relationships to scale the network.
Strategy & campaigns: craft marketing approaches that move partners and their buyers through the funnel.
Insights & optimization: turn partner feedback into program improvements and better client experiences.

Job Description

As an Independent Affiliate at Settler, you will serve as a key representative of the company, promoting our services and attracting potential clients. Your daily responsibilities will include building and maintaining client relationships, developing marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and driving customer engagements. You will provide insights to improve client experience and ensure awareness about our solutions. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship management - Proficiency in marketing strategies and business development - Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment - General knowledge of financial technology and stablecoin solutions (preferred but not required) - Previous experience in sales, affiliate partnerships, or related fields would be an advantage - Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline is a plus
