Job Summary

Own the regional growth engine across Northern and Southern Europe and Ireland, aligning portfolio strategy with global guidelines while building a high-performing regional marketing team.

  • Partner with Regional MD and Global teams to translate portfolio strategy into locally relevant assets and execution.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the marketing agenda and deliver the next phase of growth across Northern and Southern Europe & Ireland.
  • Lead a team of Regional and Customer Marketing Managers across the region to support delivery of commercial growth drivers.
  • Partner with the Regional Managing Director, Global Marketing Director 3PM, and Global Brand Teams to deliver portfolio strategy, shape locally relevant assets, and build execution excellence aligned to global guidelines and that drives A&P Productivity.
  • Inspire and develop a team, embedding efficient cross‑functional ways of working with Commercial, GBT and Third-party Distributors, and building marketing capability for long‑term brand growth.
  • Contribute as part of both the BBU Global 3PM Marketing Team and the BBU Northern and Southern Europe & Ireland Regional Leadership Team.

Requirements

  • Experienced Senior Marketeer with strong interpersonal and influence skills and solid commercial acumen
  • Experience leading and delivering a brand building and growth agenda across multiple brands/markets
  • Proven experience leading and developing teams of Regional and Customer Marketing Managers
  • Ability to partner with senior stakeholders (Regional MD, Global Marketing Director 3PM, Global Brand Teams) to deliver portfolio strategy and assets
