Job Summary

Lead global brand, campaign and content leadership for a complex B2B engineering services firm, shaping strategy, governance and measurement to drive pipeline while enabling local adaptation.

  • Own brand positioning, messaging architecture and coordinated campaigns across geographies with strong cross-functional collaboration.
  • Develop and govern content, thought leadership and campaign assets, ensuring quality and relevance for priority sectors and major pursuits.
  • Establish governance, track performance, and translate insights into continuous improvement for pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Help to define and protect Egis’ global brand positioning, architecture and messaging, ensuring consistency and commercial relevance across all markets
  • Lead strategic campaign development aligned to priority sectors and major pursuits, working directly with Commercial and SL leadership to influence pipeline and win strategy
  • Develop Egis’ thought leadership and content strategy - from insight generation and storytelling to creative production and amplification
  • Help to establish governance mechanisms (editorial boards, campaign prioritisation, asset approval standards) to reduce low-impact activity and focus resources on high-value growth priorities
  • Collaborate with the Head of Digital Marketing & CRM to plan, track and report campaign performance, demonstrating clear contribution to pipeline and KPIs
  • Establish campaign frameworks, toolkits and assets that enable local adaptation while maintaining brand coherence and creative quality
  • Commission and manage brand and market research, perception tracking and campaign performance reporting to inform continuous improvement
  • Support strategic initiatives such as employer brand, acquisitions and rebrands from a marketing and positioning perspective
  • Champion creativity, innovation and measurable impact across the global marketing network
