Job Summary

Own the core growth engine by translating data into repeatable experiments that move signups, retention and monetization across owned and paid channels.

Growth Execution: Define and run tests across product, marketing, and paid media to lift activation and value.
Measurement & Optimization: Dive into platform metrics, run A/B tests, and brief stakeholders on impact.
Cross-Functional Delivery: Align product, marketing and engineering to ship growth initiatives and optimize spend.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute growth strategies to increase user acquisition, retention, and monetization.
Analyze platform metrics and user behavior to identify opportunities for optimization.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to implement growth initiatives.
Manage paid acquisition campaigns and optimize spend across digital channels.
Track KPIs and report on growth performance to stakeholders regularly.

Requirements

Experience in growth marketing or user acquisition with a track record of success.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize initiatives.
Knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, and social media.
