Job Summary

Own the customer journey from first visit to repeat purchase and drive growth through conversion, retention and international expansion.

  • Own the end-to-end customer journey and optimise conversion and retention
  • Identify friction, run tests across site and CRM, and translate data into actions
  • Drive localisation and international growth through language, merchandising and promotions

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Improving the customer journey from first visit through to repeat purchase.
  • Identifying friction points and working with internal teams to remove them.
  • Optimising product pages, collections, navigation, merchandising, bundles and promotions.
  • Building and improving email campaigns, customer journeys and retention activity.
  • Running A/B tests across the website, CRM and merchandising, then using the results to make smarter decisions.
  • Supporting international expansion by identifying localisation opportunities across language, merchandising and promotions.
  • Monitoring key performance metrics including conversion rate, average order value, revenue per visitor, repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value.
  • Reviewing customer feedback and support insights to uncover opportunities for improvement.
  • Staying up to date with new technology, AI tools and smarter ways of working.

Requirements

  • Experience using Shopify is essential.
  • Previous experience using Klaviyo or a similar CRM platform is essential.
  • You should be confident using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft packages
  • You’re passionate about improving customer experience and making things work better.
  • You’re analytical, confident with numbers and able to turn data into clear recommendations.
  • You have strong attention to detail and a commercial mindset.
  • You’re curious, proactive and excited to learn new skills quickly.
  • You enjoy solving problems, spotting opportunities and testing new ideas.
  • You communicate clearly and work well with people across different teams.
  • You have a genuine interest in eCommerce, digital growth and the way modern DTC brands scale.
