Job Summary

Own the visual and ecommerce support stack from design to site updates, coordinating print production and customer touchpoints to lift online visibility and on-shelf consistency.

  • Design and deliver product visuals, banners, and social content for web and social channels.
  • Maintain and update ecommerce sites and listings to improve product visibility and accuracy.
  • Coordinate print-ready artwork and assist print production while aligning with brand guidelines.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design product images, banners, ads, and promotional graphics for websites and social media.
  • Build or update ecommerce websites (Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, or similar).
  • Manage online listings, product descriptions, pricing, categories, and stock updates.
  • Create and schedule social media content across platforms.
  • Support SEO tasks: keyword optimisation, image optimisation, and improving product visibility.
  • Assist with email marketing, basic ad campaigns, and promotional launches.
  • Prepare artwork for print and support print production when needed.
  • Communicate with customers online and in-store to clarify requirements and provide updates.

Requirements

  • Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, Etsy, Amazon).
  • Understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and basic paid ads.
  • Ability to create clean, modern visuals for both print and digital use.
  • Good communication skills and a professional, organised approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn print processes and equipment.
  • Work authorisation: United Kingdom (required)
  • Graphic design: 5 years (required)
  • E-commerce: 5 years (preferred)

Preferred

  • Microsoft Excel: 3 years (preferred)
  • E-commerce: 5 years (preferred)
