  • Global Programmatic Revenue Growth: Own global programmatic revenue growth across Hearst agencies and clients in multiple markets.
  • Campaign Activation & Reporting: Activate campaigns, manage delivery and report results aligned with client programmatic strategies.
  • Global Pitching & Collaboration: Work with global markets to pitch programmatic campaigns across Hearst and partner publishers network worldwide.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with internal sales, data, product and TAM teams to build client strategy and activate programmatically.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor campaign performance with TAM teams and PMP spend, sharing insights to upsell future activity.
  • Deal Setup & Troubleshooting: Support setup and troubleshooting of deals with TAM and external agency teams; ensure accurate activation.
  • Industry Presence: Attend key industry events and act as an ambassador of Hearst and its values.
