Job Summary

Own global marketing execution with clear ownership of brand consistency, demand generation, and cross-border campaigns that scale Bermar in hospitality markets.

  • Growth/Brand: Build a unified global strategy and maintain brand coherence across markets.
  • Demand Gen: Drive multicountry campaigns and enable sales through targeted demand programs.
  • Global Ops & Partners: Manage agencies, distributors, and cross-territory assets while measuring performance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global marketing strategy aligned with commercial objectives
  • Strengthen Bermar's brand positioning across international markets
  • Drive demand generation and support sales growth through targeted campaigns
  • Manage digital marketing activity, including:
  • Website development
  • SEO
  • Paid advertising
  • Email marketing
  • Content creation
  • Create marketing campaigns and assets adaptable across multiple territories and channels
  • Work closely with international distributors and partners
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
  • Support product launches and new market opportunities
  • Manage external agencies, suppliers and marketing resources
  • Measure, analyse and optimise marketing performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Marketing Manager, Global Marketing Manager, or Senior Marketing Manager role
  • Experience developing and delivering successful B2B marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation and brand development
  • Experience working with international markets, distributors, partners or export-focused businesses
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Confidence balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
  • Strong project management and organisational abilities
  • A proactive mindset and desire to make a visible impact

Preferred

  • Experience within Hospitality / Food & Beverage / Manufacturing / Export-led businesses
