Job Summary

Own and manage the centres social media presence (Facebook and Instagram) on a monthly retainer, delivering 2–3 posts per week and content created on-site. Lead monthly promotion planning, develop a coherent content architecture that showcases the centre, its services, interior and values, and build positive online community relations.

Responsibilities

manage our Facebook and Instagram on a monthly retainer basis, creating approximately 2–3 posts per week
come into the centre sometimes to create content
talk through what needs promoting each month
create a coherent, varied content structure - showcasing who we are, what we do, what the centre looks and feels like inside, and the values we hold

Requirements

Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing within the health or wellness sector
Strong understanding of public relations principles to foster positive community relationships online
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft authentic, motivational messages
Proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to evolving project needs
Passion for holistic health practices is highly desirable
Knowledge of platform-specific algorithms and best practices for engagement optimisation
Based in or near Hove/Brighton preferred
