Job Summary

Own end-to-end delivery for multi-market marketing assets in English and Greek, coordinating from brief to final QC for financial services clients across the UK and Southern Europe.

  • Manage creation and delivery of videos, presentations, website content and marketing materials in English and Greek.
  • Coordinate timelines, client feedback, asset handoffs, and final quality control to meet professional standards.
  • Work with account services to ensure consistent production across UK and South European markets as a freelance PM/Producer.

Job Description

  • You will be an organised, execution focused freelance Project Manager / Producer who will support our growing portfolio of institutional financial services clients across the UK and South European markets.
  • You will be able to manage the creation of deliverables including (but not limited to) videos, presentations, website and marketing material copy in both English and Greek.
  • You will act as the end-point of quality control on all deliverables ensuring professionalism and continuity before delivery.
  • Working alongside our account services team, you'll coordinate the production and delivery of a range of marketing assets including videos, presentations, website content and marketing materials in both English and Greek.
  • You'll oversee project timelines, coordinate client feedback, manage asset delivery, and provide a final quality control review to ensure every deliverable meets the highest professional standards.

  • at least 3 years experience in marketing, content, communications or account management
