Job Summary

Own the webinar content engine end to end, turning notes into slides, crafting copy and follow ups, and repurposing assets for LinkedIn and YouTube to drive audience engagement.

  • Content & Copy: landing pages, emails, newsletters, slides, and a blog article tied to the webinar.
  • Asset Production & Distribution: create guides, checklists, infographics, short-form videos, LinkedIn posts, and YouTube uploads.
  • Lifecycle Engagement: follow-up flows for attendees and non-attendees, plus nurture emails to broader lists.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Write webinar landing page copy and descriptions
  • Create email and SMS reminder sequences in Klaviyo
  • Turn raw webinar notes into polished presentation slides
  • Create a newsletter announcing the webinar
  • Develop useful supporting assets such as guides, checklists, roadmaps, and infographics
  • Create follow-up emails for attendees, non-attendees, and our wider contact list
  • Write a blog article based on the webinar
  • Repurpose webinar recordings into short-form videos for LinkedIn & YouTube
  • Schedule LinkedIn posts related to the webinar
  • Upload webinar recording to YouTube

Requirements

  • Remote-first role
  • 15-20 hours per week
  • Contractor or part-time employment arrangement
