Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble short-form video content (Reels/TikToks) from raw footage and brand assets
• Schedule and publish posts across Instagram and TikTok in line with brand voice and aesthetic
• Identify and research potential yoga, wellness, and sustainable fashion influencers and ambassadors for outreach
• Support outreach to influencers - drafting initial messages, tracking responses, and coordinating gifting
• Monitor social channels daily for comments and DMs, responding and engaging in the brand's voice to build community
• Track performance of influencer collaborations and content, and report back on what's working
• Stay on top of trends in yoga, wellness, and fashion content to keep ideas fresh
• Occasional support with press outreach - drafting pitches or maintaining media contact lists

Requirements

• Passionate about Fashion, marketing and e-commerce is preferred. Even better if you have an interest in yoga, wellness, or sustainable fashion, with a keen eye for aesthetics
• Comfortable editing Reels/TikToks
• Strong written communication skills, able to write in a consistent brand voice across captions, DMs, and outreach messages
• Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok scheduling tools is a plus
• Self-motivated and organised, and good communication skills, able to work independently against a content plan with minimal oversight
• Prior experience in social media, influencer marketing, or content creation is a bonus
• Based in the UK, able to work flexible part-time hours remotely
