Job Summary
Coordinate and own end-to-end event logistics and on-site delivery within a cross-functional marketing team, ensuring compliant, on-brand experiences for defence/aerospace audiences.
- Event Delivery & Logistics: plan timelines, readiness, show boxes, equipment, vendor coordination, and on-site setup/breakdown.
- Marketing Operations: manage the marketing store and asset tracking, samples, shipping, and ERP spend aligned with campaigns.
- Cross-team Coordination: align with sales, technical teams, export control, and external suppliers to meet deadlines and resolve issues.

Requirements
- Experience in event coordination, exhibitions, logistics or operations
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Hands-on and willing to support physical setup and preparation
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work across teams and stakeholders
Preferred
- Desirable: Experience in a marketing or commercial environment
- Desirable: Exposure to B2B or technical industries
- Desirable: Basic understanding of marketing campaigns or content
- Desirable: Experience working with external suppliers, logistics providers or agencies
- Desirable: Experience using content management systems (e.g. WordPress)
