Job Summary

Own the end-to-end execution of event-driven campaigns and data-backed outreach across email, social, and website channels to drive attendance, membership growth, and sales targets.

  • Campaign Execution: Plan and manage campaigns for 7 annual events, 4 monthly meetings, and a subscription proposition.
  • Multichannel Ownership: Lead email, LinkedIn/social, and website content to boost engagement and data quality.
  • Data & Stakeholder Collaboration: Grow email data, coordinate with internal/external partners, and align tools like Salesforce, Pardot, WordPress, Google Analytics, and analytics.

Job Description

  • Plan, execute and manage marketing campaigns to meet event and subscription targets (event attendance, awards entries and membership growth), while supporting data acquisition and sales targets.
  • Campaign management - Full ownership of marketing campaigns for 7 annual events (1 conference, 3 summits, 3 awards), a series of small meetings (c. 4 per month), and a subscription proposition.
  • Email - Executing mass email campaigns including copywriting, structuring, designing, scheduling, testing and segmenting data.
  • Social - Executing LinkedIn campaigns including copywriting, PPC and scheduling.
  • Websites - Updating and maintaining all our websites, including liaising with internal and external stakeholders for content.
  • Data management - Growing and managing our email data.
  • In-person help - Attending and helping at some events.
  • Copywriting for email, social and websites.
  • An eye for design to create marketing assets.
  • A head for data to manage email systems.
  • Highly organised to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Confident, pro-active communicator across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Salesforce, Pardot, WordPress, Google Drive, LinkedIn, Adobe Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, Evessio.
