Job Summary

Own end-to-end event marketing with multi-channel campaigns, owning audience acquisition and ROI from setup to post-event analysis.

  • Event Marketing Strategy: Develop programs for conferences, exhibitions, awards and launches.
  • Campaign Delivery & Optimization: Execute across email, website, social, content, ads and partner channels to boost registrations and revenue.
  • Audience & Content Ownership: Build and nurture attendee, speaker, sponsor, and influencer segments and optimize conversion journeys.

Job Description

Own end-to-end event marketing campaigns across channels to drive registrations, attendance, and revenue, while owning audience strategy and ROI from setup to post-event learnings.

  • Event & Campaign Strategy: Develop multi-channel campaigns for conferences, exhibitions, awards programs and launches.
  • End-to-End Campaign Delivery: Lead execution across email, website, social, content marketing, digital advertising and partner channels.
  • Audience & Content Optimization: Build audience acquisition, nurturing and communications for attendees, speakers, sponsors and influencers and optimize conversion journeys.

Requirements

  • Experience developing and executing event marketing strategies that drive registrations, attendance, engagement, and revenue.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and implement optimisation strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing technology platforms, email marketing, marketing automation, and campaign reporting.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot), CMS systems, event registration platforms, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering successful B2B event marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to write compelling marketing copy and create engaging content for multiple channels and audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across events, sales, partnerships, content, and commercial teams.
  • Ability to translate commercial objectives into effective marketing campaigns and measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on attendee acquisition, revenue generation, and ROI.
