Job Summary

Own the events marketing lifecycle across Decanter’s global portfolio with cross-functional campaign leadership that drives ticket sales and audience growth.

  • Campaign Execution: Lead integrated campaigns across email, site, social, and partnerships to move tickets and boost attendance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align editorial, design, digital and events teams to bring high-impact events to life.
  • Optimization & Insight: Identify performance improvements and feed insights into future campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Events Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, delivering and optimising integrated marketing campaigns across Decanter's global events portfolio.
  • Lead the day-to-day delivery of campaigns that drive ticket sales, audience engagement and commercial performance.
  • Work closely with editorial, commercial, design, digital and events teams, helping bring Decanter's world-class events to life through compelling marketing campaigns.
  • Combine campaign planning with execution, manage multiple priorities, deliver projects independently.
  • Identify opportunities to continually improve campaign performance and contribute ideas, insights and recommendations to shape future campaigns.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in events marketing or multi-channel marketing, with responsibility for delivering commercial and experiential marketing campaigns
  • Proven experience marketing live events with responsibility for driving ticket sales and audience growth
  • Experience planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across email, website, social media, partnerships and content marketing
  • Experience using CRM, email marketing and CMS platforms to deliver campaigns and maintain engaging, accurate website content
  • Confident using Google Workspace and Canva, with experience producing clear, detailed briefs for designers, photographers and videographers to deliver high-quality marketing assets
  • Experience managing paid digital marketing campaigns, marketing budgets and campaign performance reporting
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy across websites, email campaigns and customer communications

Preferred

  • WSET Level 3 qualification (or above), or equivalent wine industry knowledge
  • Willingness to travel and provide on-site marketing support at UK and international events when required
