Job Summary

Coordinate end-to-end event delivery and partner with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics, guest management, and post-event follow-up, while adapting to multiple formats and tight deadlines.

  • Own event operations: planning timelines, budgets, vendor liaison, and on-site execution across formats.
  • Support marketing alignment: assist with promotional activities and content capture (social, photography) to drive event impact.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of events across various formats and sizes.
  • Support the Event Manager and wider team with event logistics, timelines, and budgets.
  • Liaise with venues, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Manage guest lists, invitations, registrations, and on-site check-ins.
  • Contribute to event set-up, on-site coordination, and post-event debriefs.
  • Prepare event documentation including run sheets, schedules, and briefing notes.
  • Maintain administrative systems, databases, and event materials.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities where required, including social media and event photography.

Requirements

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused attitude with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
  • Comfortable working to tight deadlines and adapting to changing requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; familiarity with event software or design tools is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, marketing, or administration is desirable but not essential.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends to support event delivery.
