Job Summary

  • Social content and calendar execution: schedule across platforms and keep visuals aligned with campaigns.
  • Asset and launch support: coordinate shoots, update catalogues, and prep newsletters for promos.
  • Market insight: track jewellery trends and competitor activity to inform planning and reporting.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and scheduling social media content across platforms.
  • Maintain and update the social media content calendar.
  • Support the creation of marketing visuals and promotional content.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of newsletters.
  • Assist in coordinating photoshoots and video shoots.
  • Assist with blog uploads and content formatting.
  • Assist with maintaining product catalogues.
  • Ensure product imagery and information are accurate and up to date.
  • Support product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Research jewellery industry trends, competitor activity and gather market insights.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
  • 0-1 Year of marketing experience in-house or agency.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
  • Basic understanding of email marketing platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
