Own end‑to‑end email marketing programs from planning through analysis, including audience segmentation, automated journeys, copywriting, testing and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Planning: Develop and maintain weekly and monthly email-marketing calendars aligned with commercial priorities.
  • Email Production: Build and prepare promotional emails, product announcements, newsletters and customer updates.
  • Customer Journeys: Create automated communications for welcome, abandoned-basket, post-purchase, re-engagement and retention campaigns.
  • Audience Segmentation: Group customers using purchasing activity, engagement, preferences and other approved data.
  • Copywriting: Write clear subject lines, preview text, campaign copy and calls to action.
  • Creative Coordination: Work with designers and content specialists to prepare campaign graphics, banners and product assets.
  • Campaign Testing: Check links, layouts, personalisation, tracking and mobile presentation before launch.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor delivery, open, click-through, conversion, unsubscribe and revenue-related measures.
  • A B Testing: Test subject lines, content, offers, send times and audience groups to identify improvements.
  • Product Promotion: Coordinate email activity for product releases, seasonal promotions and limited-time offers.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in email marketing, CRM marketing, digital marketing or a related role.
  • Experience creating and managing commercial email campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting, editing and proofreading skills.
  • Understanding of customer segmentation and automated journeys.
  • Ability to interpret campaign-performance data.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality-assurance skills.
  • Ability to manage several campaigns and changing deadlines.
  • Confidence using spreadsheets, content tools and email-marketing platforms.
  • Understanding of customer consent and responsible data handling.

Preferred

  • Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related subject.
  • Experience working in e-commerce, online retail or consumer products.
  • Familiarity with Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable platform.
  • Experience building automated customer journeys and triggered campaigns.
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS for basic email editing.
  • Experience using Google Analytics or another digital-performance platform.
  • Understanding of conversion, retention and customer-lifetime-value measures.
  • Experience conducting A B tests and presenting campaign recommendations.
