Job Summary

Own end-to-end email marketing for ecommerce clients, from strategy and segmentation to execution and optimization using Klaviyo and Shopify.

Lead multi-brand email program planning and calendar, driving engagement and revenue.
Own automated flows and A/B tests to improve conversions and repeat purchases.
Collaborate with content and paid media to coordinate campaigns and launches.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Planning and delivering email marketing campaigns across multiple ecommerce brands
Building, managing, and optimising automated email flows
Creating monthly campaign calendars and promotional schedules
Segmenting audiences to improve engagement and conversion
Writing, building and scheduling email campaigns within Klaviyo
Conducting A/B testing to continually improve performance
Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities for growth
Supporting list growth and subscriber engagement initiatives
Building and maintaining automated email flows
Optimising customer journeys to improve conversions and repeat purchases

Requirements

3+ years' experience in email marketing, ideally within ecommerce
Experience with Klaviyo
Experience working with Shopify brands
Excellent copywriting and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable analysing campaign performance and reporting on results
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple client accounts
Commercial mindset with a passion for helping brands grow
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Nice to have

Experience with Google Sheets / Excel
