Responsibilities

• Leading and developing a team of 3, delivering targeted email campaigns several times a week
• Managing automated, triggered emails across the customer journey
• Owning customer lifecycle flows that extend beyond email into other channels
• Driving forward our personalisation and micro-segmentation strategy
• Supporting our international growth, particularly in the US market
• Working closely with the Head of Ecommerce and Content Manager as a key member of the Mail Order and Ecommerce Management Team, helping shape and deliver our digital marketing strategy

Requirements

• Proven experience managing an email marketing function, ideally with people management experience
• A strong track record with large databases, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing
• Comfort balancing strategic thinking with hands-on campaign delivery
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume email environment
• A collaborative approach — you'll be working across teams and channels
• Retail or ecommerce background preferred
