Job Summary

Own end-to-end email production and cross-client planning, turning strategy into actionable tasks while ensuring QA, timely delivery, and data-informed improvements.

  • Ownership: Plan monthly email calendars, translate strategy into briefs for copy/design/build, and map segmentation and automation.
  • Operations: Manage production, timelines, approvals, and maintain documentation across accounts.
  • Quality & Insights: QA sends, uphold pre-send checklists, and pull data to surface meaningful campaign insights.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Planning & Strategy Support - - Support monthly email planning and calendar management across multiple client accounts - - Translate email strategy into clearly scoped tasks for copy, design, and build teams - - Assist with segmentation planning, automation mapping, and campaign structure Production & Project Management - Production & Project Management - - Manage email production end to end - from brief through to deployment - - Coordinate timelines and deadlines across multiple clients and workstreams - - Track deliverables and ensure work moves efficiently through the approvals process - - Maintain clear documentation, project notes, and status updates across all accounts Quality Assurance - QA all emails before send - checking links, formatting, personalisation tokens, UTM parameters, and scheduling accuracy - - Own the pre-send checklist and ensure nothing goes out below the group standard Reporting & Insights - Track campaign performance across email accounts - - Flag meaningful insights and anomalies to the wider team - - Support the email team with data pulls and reporting as required Requirements - Strong written communication - clear, concise, and professional - Exceptional attention to detail - you notice what others miss - Ability to juggle multiple projects across different clients without dropping the ball - Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote environment where deadlines are non-negotiable - A self-starter mentality - you take ownership and don\'t wait to be chased Nice to Have - Experience with Klaviyo and/or Attentive - Background in ecommerce or direct-to-consumer brands - Previous agency experience - Familiarity with SMS, segmentation, and automation strategy Benefits - Fully remote - 30 days annual leave - birthday off - monthly team days and socials
