Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Delivering end-to-end email campaigns across multiple brands, from briefing through to build, testing, scheduling and deployment
  • Supporting the planning and execution of seasonal, promotional and brand-led email marketing activity
  • Building and optimising automated customer journeys based on lifecycle stages and behaviour
  • Segmenting audiences and tailoring content to drive engagement, conversion and customer retention
  • Conducting A/B testing to continuously improve email performance and campaign effectiveness
  • Analysing campaign performance (e.g. CTR, revenue, deliverability) and using insights to inform future activity
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance campaign delivery and platform capability
  • Ensuring compliance with GDPR, anti-spam regulations and email marketing best practice

Requirements

  • Has experience delivering email marketing campaigns in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
  • Has a good understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing
  • Is confident using email platforms (e.g. Adobe Campaign, Bloomreach) and analytics tools
  • Possesses basic HTML knowledge for email build and troubleshooting
  • Is highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively
  • Has excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Is proactive, results-driven and confident in suggesting improvements based on data
  • Works collaboratively and communicates effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Stays up to date with industry trends, technologies and best practices
