Responsibilities

  • Leading the end-to-end digital user experience across Erasmus+ digital platforms, ensuring a seamless journey from awareness to application.
  • Managing and optimising websites, landing pages, HubSpot, and other digital channels to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Developing, publishing, and maintaining high-quality digital content aligned with programme objectives, audience needs, and brand guidelines.
  • Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on digital performance using analytics, UTM tracking, and user insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Identifying and removing barriers within user journeys and implementing enhancements to improve the overall user experience.
  • Ensuring website functionality, accessibility, compliance, and performance standards are maintained, including resolving technical issues and broken links.
  • Collaborating with Digital, Technology, Design, Campaign, and Content teams to deliver effective digital solutions and website enhancements.
  • Managing relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, and suppliers, providing clear briefs and ensuring high-quality delivery of marketing activities.
  • Supporting the planning, delivery, measurement, evaluation, and ROI reporting of marketing and communications campaigns.
  • Championing digital marketing best practice by leveraging audience insights, performance data, and industry benchmarking to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Degree in marketing, communications or a related discipline, or demonstrable equivalent professional experience.

  • Experience evaluating marketing campaigns and using insights to inform future activity.
