Job Summary

Own the UK e commerce site performance with a clear merchandising and conversion mandate, balancing stock, promos and premium branding for revenue growth.

  • Own day to day site operations, merchandising and campaign launches.
  • Drive revenue by analyzing sales, AOV, conversion and user journeys to identify opportunities.
  • Align website activity with stock, marketing priorities and brand standards to protect premium positioning.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operation and commercial performance of the Big Green Egg UK website.
  • Monitor and analyse website sales, conversion rates, average order value, customer behaviour and other key performance indicators.
  • Analyse product and campaign performances to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Plan and execute website merchandising strategies, including product positioning, category optimisation, featured collections and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Manage promotional activity, marketing campaigns and product launches to maximise sales performance.
  • Continuously review and improve customer journeys to enhance conversion rates and overall user experience.
  • Work closely with all internal teams to align website activity with stock availability, commercial priorities and marketing initiatives.
  • Website & Product Management: Maintain product information, pricing, specifications and imagery across the website.
  • Website & Product Management: Ensure all website content is accurate, engaging and aligned with the brand standards.
  • Website & Product Management: Coordinate new product launches and website updates.
  • Website & Product Management: Identify opportunities to improve website functionality and work with external developers and agencies to implement enhancements.
