Job Summary

Own end-to-end premium video production for a restaurant brand, delivering social-first content across food, interiors, and behind-the-scenes to fuel franchise growth and brand storytelling.

  • Video Production Ownership: plan, shoot, and edit for social, ads, and franchise promos.
  • Platform Fit: tailor narratives for TikTok, Reels, YouTube, and key social platforms.
  • Quality & Ops: manage pre-pro, lighting, audio, post, and on-time delivery with premium visuals.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for creating compelling videos for social media campaigns, food advertisements, franchise marketing, brand storytelling, and promotional content.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for Maeme's restaurants and marketing campaigns.
  • Produce engaging content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
  • Capture visually appealing food, restaurant interiors, customer experiences, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Lead all aspects of video production, including pre-production planning, filming, lighting, audio, and post-production.
  • Develop creative concepts that align with brand objectives and marketing campaigns.
  • Create promotional videos for franchise opportunities and business growth initiatives.
  • Ensure all content reflects Maeme's premium brand image and visual identity.
  • Stay current with social media trends, video styles, and platform best practices.
  • Manage and maintain professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Director of Photography, Senior Videographer, Content Creator, or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial, restaurant, food, lifestyle, or social media video production.
  • Advanced knowledge of camera operation, composition, lighting techniques, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience filming food content that looks appetizing, premium, and engaging.
  • Proficiency with professional camera systems (Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, RED, or equivalent).
  • Strong editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
  • Experience creating short-form content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Understanding of social media algorithms, engagement trends, and content performance metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
