Job Summary

Own and evolve a purpose-driven brand and marketing mandate to deliver growth, trusted reputation, and engaged communities in a regulated environment.

  • Shape a consistent brand experience across channels that supports commercial outcomes in savings, mortgages, and financial advice.
  • Lead end-to-end marketing and CRM strategy, driving acquisition, engagement, and retention while enabling cross-functional collaboration.
  • Partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities, resolve complex challenges, and maximize impact across brand, marketing and corporate affairs.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and delivery of a distinctive, purpose-led strategy that drives sustainable growth and deepens member engagement across channels.
  • Be accountable for shaping a compelling, consistent brand experience across all channels—supporting strong commercial outcomes across savings, mortgages, and financial advice.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and maximise the impact of brand, marketing, and corporate affairs.
  • Define and embed a clear purpose—bringing it to life through campaigns, customer experience, and community activity—ensuring it is visible in every interaction.
  • Lead end-to-end marketing and CRM strategy, overseeing customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, while building strong cross-functional collaboration across the organisation.
  • Drive innovation and digital capability through to managing external reputation and strategic partnerships.
  • Deliver measurable commercial success alongside meaningful community impact.

Requirements

  • You are an inspiring and values-driven leader with a strong track record of delivering impactful brand and marketing strategies in complex, regulated environments.
  • With deep experience in brand, marketing, and corporate affairs, you are equally comfortable shaping long-term strategy as you are driving day-to-day performance.
  • You make sound, data-informed decisions and balance commercial outcomes with ethical, member-first thinking.
  • You bring strong stakeholder leadership, with the ability to influence at senior level, align diverse teams, and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Your understanding of governance, risk, and regulatory frameworks ensures everything you deliver is both effective and compliant.
