• Social posting: create, schedule, and manage social media posts
• Campaign analytics: use analytics to monitor the success of campaigns
• Content writing & web publishing: writing and publishing content for websites and intranet sites
• Email campaigns: creating and managing email campaigns and newsletters
• Accessibility: understand the latest accessibility guidance
• Content creation experience: established experience in content creation, video creation and editing
