Job Summary

Own the digital presence for two brands across content, SEO, email, and paid/social with a focus on UX, conversions, and measurable growth.

  • Content Ownership: maintain brand websites and ensure on-brand presentation.
  • SEO & Analytics: lead technical audits, on-page optimization, keyword strategy, and reporting.
  • Lifecycle & Campaigns: plan email programs and manage Meta ads with ROI tracking.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and update content across both brand websites — product pages, editorial, landing pages, seasonal campaigns — ensuring accuracy, consistency, and on-brand presentation at all times
  • Lead SEO strategy across both sites: technical audits, on-page optimisation, keyword research, link building, and regular performance reporting against agreed targets
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for Rhug Estate and Wild Beauty, including welcome sequences, newsletters, product launches, and event promotions, using platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp
  • Brief, manage, and optimise paid social campaigns (primarily Meta/Instagram), with clear budget management and ROI reporting
  • Lead organic social content planning in collaboration with our in-house photographer, content creator, and creative team, ensuring a consistent and distinctive brand voice across channels
  • Track, analyse, and report on digital KPIs across both brands — traffic, conversion rates, email open rates, ROAS, and more — translating data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership
  • Support product and campaign launches, including Wild Beauty spa partnerships, new retail listings (Fortnum & Mason, John Bell & Croyden, Wolf & Badger), and upcoming TV and trade show appearances
  • Co-ordinate technical requirements with Drake Studio, managing briefs, timelines, and quality control during the transition to in-house website management
  • Identify and act on opportunities to improve UX, conversion, and customer journey across both brand websites
  • Contribute to a joined-up content calendar that aligns digital activity with estate events, product launches, and seasonal trading moments

Requirements

  • Proven track record in digital marketing, ideally within food, retail, FMCG, luxury beauty, lifestyle, or hospitality
  • Confident managing WordPress and Shopify websites at a content and campaign level — no coding required, but technical curiosity is valued
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console, with the ability to act on insight independently
  • Hands-on experience running Meta Ads campaigns, managing budgets and optimising for performance
  • Fluency with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo or Mailchimp preferred) including automation, segmentation, and A/B testing
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable with Google Analytics 4, interpreting data, and presenting findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent written English with a natural instinct for adapting tone and voice across two distinct brands
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage competing priorities across multiple brands and channels without close supervision
  • A genuine appreciation for quality, provenance, and sustainability — you will be working with brands where these values are central, not cosmetic

Preferred

  • Experience with TikTok content or advertising
  • Familiarity with e-commerce analytics and conversion rate optimisation
  • Knowledge of influencer or ambassador programme management
  • Experience working with luxury or premium consumer brands
  • Understanding of organic certification, farm-to-fork, or wellness/beauty product categories

Benefits

  • A genuinely exceptional working environment — one of Britain’s foremost certified organic estates, with Royal Warrant provenance and a growing luxury skincare brand at an inflection point
  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience
  • A role with real scope: you will help define our digital identity, not just maintain it
  • A small, ambitious, and collaborative team that values ideas and initiative
  • Staff discounts across the farm shop, Café Rhug, and the full Rhug Wild Beauty product range
  • Hybrid working arrangements considered for the right candidate
  • The opportunity to grow with the role as both brands scale
