  • Paid Social & Affiliates: Own activations and campaign structure from brief to optimisation with agency partners.
  • Measurement & Forecasting: Lead cross-channel measurement and revenue/conversion forecasting for planning decisions.
  • Test & Learn & Cross-Functional Alignment: Run statistically significant tests and translate learnings into campaign improvements across teams.

Job Description

Own channel strategy and measurement for paid social, affiliates, and display, shaping agency output, forecasting performance, and driving testing to hit direct-response KPIs.

  • Paid Social/Affiliates Execs: Lead best-in-class activations and oversee structure, creation and optimisation of campaigns aligned to business objectives.
  • Display/YouTube with Media Agency: Shape strategy including Programmatic and Native to maximise performance.
  • Campaign pacing and KPI delivery: Ensure activity tracks to plan within budget and timelines.
  • Creative production support: Field and coordinate supply for campaigns.
  • Measurement strategy: Oversee reporting across channels, including weekly, quarterly, and creative-focused metrics.
  • Forecasting & performance models: Collaborate with Head of Digital Marketing to model conversions and revenue for planning.
  • Test & learn program: Manage cross-channel experiments ensuring statistical significance and continuous improvement.
  • Senior presentations: Support slideware for senior leadership reviews and channel updates.
  • People management: Line manage Paid Social and Affiliates Executives with coaching and performance development.
  • Capability building: Drive best practices and progression across channels with cross-functional support.
