Job Summary

Own and optimize Airquee and Airparx digital marketing across websites, SEO, paid ads, email, social and content to drive inquiries, conversions and growth; lead a small two-person team and align with the Group Managing Director and a five-year plan.

  • Marketing operations: Own and optimize websites, SEO, paid campaigns, email, content, social, and conversion rate improvements.
  • Campaigns and assets: Plan and deliver email campaigns, product launches, promotional activity, brochures and other materials, and support trade shows.
  • Leadership and metrics: Manage a two-person marketing team, report on performance, and use data to improve future activity and align with the five-year growth plan.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Leading digital marketing activity across Airquee and Airparx
  • Managing and improving our websites to drive more enquiries and sales
  • Planning and delivering email campaigns, product launches and promotional activity
  • Improving SEO performance across product pages, blogs and key landing pages
  • Managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta and LinkedIn
  • Creating content plans for social media, email, website and campaigns
  • Working with the sales team to support lead generation and customer follow-up
  • Helping improve conversion rates from website traffic and marketing campaigns
  • Managing social media output and ensuring content is consistent, regular and engaging
  • Using data to track performance, report on results and improve future activity

Requirements

  • Experience in digital marketing is essential.
  • Experience in ecommerce, Shopify, manufacturing, leisure, attractions, events or B2B marketing would be a strong advantage, but it’s not essential.
  • Strong digital marketing experience
  • Experience managing websites, SEO, email marketing and paid campaigns
  • Good understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn and social media platforms
  • Good understanding of Google Analytics, reporting and campaign tracking
  • Ability to create and manage a marketing plan
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Good eye for content, design and brand presentation
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on lead generation
  • Ability to work with sales teams and align marketing with business goals

Nice to have

  • Experience in ecommerce, Shopify, manufacturing, leisure, attractions, events or B2B marketing would be a strong advantage
