Job Summary

Own the operations backbone for a learner-focused digital program by shaping site journeys, running email campaigns and nurture flows, and keeping leads and campaigns clean and aligned with landing-page work.

Website journey optimization: drive enquiries and progression through site experiences.
Email and CRM workflows: manage campaigns and nurture sequences with data-backed tweaks.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Maintaining and improving website journeys to increase enquiries
Managing email campaigns, follow-ups, and nurture sequences
Ensuring leads are captured, organised, and kept up to date
Supporting landing pages and campaign delivery
Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
Making practical improvements that increase engagement and progression

Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing or a similar role
Experience working with websites (e.g. WordPress or similar platforms)
Experience managing email campaigns and/or CRM systems
Strong attention to detail and organisation
Confidence working with data and identifying improvements
A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks

Preferred

Experience in education, healthcare, or purpose-driven sectors
Familiarity with Zoho, Brevo, or similar CRM/email platforms
Basic understanding of SEO and user journeys
