Job Summary

Own end-to-end digital activation across paid media, social, SEO, email, and website while partnering with an agency to drive ROI, optimize the customer journey, and ensure consistent brand presence.

  • Channel & Campaign Ownership: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital activity aligned with integrated campaigns.
  • Agency Management: Lead day-to-day agency liaison, quality-check recommendations, and drive performance-focused collaboration.
  • Site, Tracking & Reporting: Maintain websites, monitor ROI, and deliver actionable insights to improve engagement and conversions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver targeted digital activity that supports wider integrated campaigns, across all key channels such as paid search, display advertising, paid and organic social, SEO, email marketing, and the website.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and report on ROI, providing clear insights and optimisation recommendations.
  • Manage the digital customer journey, optimising engagement, and increasing conversion rates.
  • Act as the primary day to day contact for the Digital Marketing agency - ensuring their activity meets performance expectations and delivers best value.
  • Oversee and constructively challenge the agency’s recommendations, holding them accountable for results whilst maintaining a productive, insight-led partnership.
  • Work closely with our Digital Marketing agency to manage PPC, SEO, paid social and programmatic advertising, ensuring consistency.
  • Maintain and enhance all company websites, ensuring content is correct, engaging, and up to date at all times.
  • Ensure digital marketing spend is well-managed and delivers measurable return on investment, with regular reporting to the Head of Marketing.
  • Lead the creation and scheduling of organic social media content, ensuring consistent brand presence and engagement across platforms.
  • Attend quarterly review meetings with the Digital Marketing agency, presenting performance insights and agreeing next steps to maximise ROI.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including PPC, SEO, email, and social
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience using digital reporting tools
  • Strong communication skills with an eye for creative content and messaging
  • Effective organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders
