Job Summary

Own and drive content creation, publishing, and campaign performance across social channels, with responsibilities spanning media, website updates, SEO, analytics, and collateral production.

  • Collaboration with branch teams to capture promotions, stories, and updates

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Capture photography and video content to support marketing campaigns, product launches, branch activity, and events.
  • Assist with website updates, product promotions, and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Support the management and optimisation of Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research and performance monitoring.
  • Improve website visibility through SEO best practices and search optimisation.
  • Monitor website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
  • Produce regular reports on campaign performance, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Help maintain consistent branding across all company divisions and marketing materials.
  • Work closely with branch teams to gather content, promotions, customer success stories, and project updates.
  • Assist in producing email campaigns, brochures, leaflets, posters, point-of-sale material, and other promotional content.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong IT skills and confidence using social media platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.
  • An understanding of, or genuine interest in, digital marketing, Google Ads, SEO, keyword research, and website analytics.
  • A creative eye with an interest in content creation, photography, and video.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise work effectively in a busy environment.
  • A proactive, positive attitude with the confidence to use your own initiative.
  • A friendly and professional approach when working with colleagues across the business.
  • Previous experience within a builders' merchant, construction supplies, or a similar industry would be advantageous, but is not essential.
