Job Summary

Own a data driven performance engine for a luxury ecommerce channel, turning multi market analytics into action on paid social, search, email, and CRM.

  • Channel performance: build and own routine dashboards and data storytelling to influence campaigns and budgets.
  • Audience & lifecycle: support segmentation, CRM insights, and activation across markets to lift acquisition and retention.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own performance analysis and reporting for channel marketing, building dashboards and data stories to drive ecommerce growth.
  • Evaluate performance across paid social, search, display, affiliates, email, and CRM to identify growth opportunities.
  • Partner with channel managers to assess ROI, ROAS, CAC, and LTV; support A/B testing across creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
  • Analyze customer journeys and support segmentation and lifecycle insights to improve experience and retention.
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations for markets and campaigns; collaborate with cross-functional teams for budgeting and planning.
  • Maintain regular weekly/monthly performance reviews and ensure data accuracy across tools (GA4, ad dashboards, BI).

Requirements

  • 2–3 years’ experience in digital marketing analytics, performance marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and present clear insights.
  • Experience with GA4 and paid media platforms (Meta, Google Ads) or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Understanding of key KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Strong numerical skills; interest in AI; comfortable with multi-market work.
  • Experience in luxury, fashion, or retail sectors; basic SQL or data querying.
  • Experience across multiple markets; familiarity with ecommerce tools (Dynamic Yield, Salesforce, Content Square, etc.).
