Job Summary

Own cross-functional analytics for growth by turning data from digital channels and journeys into clear action for conversion, activation, and revenue.

  • Growth Analytics: Build dashboards and governance to track funnels, conversion, and journey insights.
  • Cross-functional Partnership: Align with marketing, UX, product, and tech to inform strategy and prioritization.
  • Experimentation & Insight: Support A/B testing and multivariate experiments; translate results into business recommendations.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Analyse digital, marketing, and customer journey performance to support business growth objectives.
  • Provide actionable insight on website performance, funnels, conversion rates, and customer behaviour.
  • Support optimisation of journeys, landing pages, and content through testing, analysis, and experimentation.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks for key stakeholders.
  • Partner with marketing, UX, product, and technology teams to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and improved customer experience through data analysis.
  • Support A/B and multivariate testing programmes and translate results into clear recommendations.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data sources to develop holistic performance insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance with internal standards.
  • Present insights clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Degree-level qualification in data, analytics, economics, mathematics, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in a digital, marketing, growth, or commercial analytics role, ideally within financial services, B2B, or complex regulated environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large, complex datasets and identify meaningful trends.
  • Experience working with web analytics, data visualisation, and reporting tools (e.g. Heap, Content Square, Google Analytics or similar).
  • Solid understanding of digital customer journeys, conversion optimisation, and user behaviour analysis.
  • Knowledge of experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and performance optimisation.
  • Experience working with data from multiple sources, including CRM, campaign platforms, and digital channels.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate data into compelling business narratives.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, UX, technology, and leadership teams.
  • High attention to detail and strong data governance mindset.
  • Commercially minded, with a passion for driving measurable business growth.
