  • Align branding and messaging with designers while tracking KPI driven performance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.).
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
  • Optimise website content for SEO and user experience.
  • Manage and grow social media channels, creating engaging content and running paid ad campaigns.
  • Work closely with designers to create visually engaging assets that enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and provide insights.
  • Work with designers and developers to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions, bringing innovative ideas to digital campaigns.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of social media advertising and email marketing.
  • Experience running paid social on Meta, covering campaign management, budget control, audience building, retargeting, and pixel and conversion tracking.
  • Up to date with industry trends, platform changes, and current growth and engagement metrics across all socials platforms.
  • Confident with Klaviyo, from campaign sends through to flow building, segmentation, and list growth.
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills, with a clear understanding of what styles work on each platform.
  • Ability to analyse data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Creative mindset with a problem-solving and results-driven approach.
  • Account Management: ability to understand client needs and manage multiple client accounts.
  • Comfortable auditing accounts and reporting on performance, and creating recommendations to further clients growth potential.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Comfortable with occasional out-of-hours work around events and campaign launches.

Preferred

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO software.
  • Basic SEO awareness and experience with a CMS such as Shopify.
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools.
