Job Summary

Own the end-to-end digital delivery for briefs, translating media strategies into integrated plans that drive client business results.

  • Lead channel discussions, oversee PCA delivery, and manage workflow and team delegation.
  • Build strong client relationships through compelling presentations and ongoing industry and media-owner engagement.
  • Guide multi-channel digital strategy, ensuring quality, accuracy of timesheets/invoicing, and timely execution.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Lead on a range of digital briefs, translating media strategies into ideas and plans that lead to the very best results for clients
  • Engage with industry developments and relevant media owners, identifying new opportunities for clients
  • Confidentially interrogate and challenge briefs
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the role Digital plays in our clients’ business and in answering the brief
  • Demonstrate multi-channel awareness and Digital expertise in client meetings
  • Oversee delivery of insightful PCAs
  • Confidently lead channel discussions in internal and media owner meetings
  • Direct day to day agenda, controlling workflow and deliverables
  • Create clarity around team roles and responsibilities, skilfully delegating to ensuring the team are performing the right tasks
  • Responsible for the overall quality and delivery of work of direct reports
Requirements
  • A thorough knowledge of Digital Media, particularly Display and Paid Social
  • A passion for media effectiveness and the creation of ideas
  • A positive approach and ability to galvanise, even in challenging situations
  • A confident presenter with the ability to tell a compelling story
  • Able to build strong relationships and flex communication style
  • Personable, passionate and professional
  • Demonstration of strong leadership skills
  • Creative, analytical and numerical ability
