Own digital campaigns and content workflow, collaborating with the Digital Marketing Officer and Manager to grow engagement through stories, website updates, email marketing, and social content.

Lead campaign creation with the digital team and drive content-driven engagement.
Extract insights from reporting to continuously improve membership offers and channels.
Own dynamic social content and email marketing delivery aligned with the Inn’s house style.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Create digital campaigns in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Officer and under the direction of the Digital and Marketing Manager.
Discover and share stories from our membership and staff.
Proactively seek opportunities to innovate practices and our membership offers, driving change with regular improvements based on reporting insights.
Contribute dynamic content to our socials that brings the Inn’s activities to life, with photos, videos and reels.
Develop website content, including routine content updates, maintaining our house style and ensuring accuracy.
Support the copywriting, testing, and delivery of regular email marketing to our membership.

Requirements

A proactive and flexible team player, ready to join a hands-on digital and marketing team.
A strong communicator with an eye for detail.
Proficient in using key digital marketing tools including, email marketing, CMS, CRM, and social scheduling and analytics tools.
Education or Membership organisation background would be beneficial.
