Social cadence: own daily posting and audience interactions to keep the channel lively
Trend and AI integration: spot early trends and experiment with AI to accelerate ideas and workflows

Job Description

Responsibilities

Creating high-quality photo & video content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube + more
Designing eye-catching graphics and on-brand visuals that elevate our digital identity
Writing engaging, personality-filled copy that feels unmistakably “Lusty”
Owning and executing a consistent social media schedule with daily posts and interactions
Keeping our website fresh, inspiring and up to date as the business evolves
Exploring and embracing AI tools in a creative, thoughtful way, using them to enhance ideas, streamline workflows, and push content to the next level (without ever losing the human touch)
Spotting trends before they peak and weaving them into our content strategy
Supporting the wider team when needed, because beach life is beautifully unpredictable

Requirements

Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Manager, Canva + WordPress on both Mac OS & Windows based systems

Preferred

Experience in events, hospitality or tourism
Skills in Video shooting/editing, or drone content creation
An eye for detail and a love of content that feels effortlessly cool
A natural flair for graphic design and visual storytelling
Knowledge of social media trends and emerging tech

Lusty Glaze Beach

Lusty Glaze Beach is a stunning year round events venue and restaurant situated on the North Cornwall Coast. The Beach is situated in a horseshoe shaped cove on the beautifully dramatic Atlantic coast, lying a few miles north of Newquay close to the airport and stations. Lusty Glaze hosts numerous Woodburner live music events throughout the year in the restaurant, culminating in the Sundowner Sessions in the summer playing host to celebrated artists on the beach. Weddings and corporate events are a popular choice due to the incomparable location and excellent in house facilities.
