Job Summary
Own the social media and content engine for a private dental practice, with channel ownership across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, plus ads on Meta and Google. Build content, manage campaigns, and report impact to drive new patient inquiries and brand awareness.
- Social & content: Plan, create, and schedule posts and campaigns across social channels and the website.
- Advertising & performance: Run Meta and Google Ads, monitor results, and produce monthly performance reports.
- Website & events: Keep the site up to date and support practice events, promotions, and service launches.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the practice's social media presence.
- Create engaging content for: Instagram
- - Facebook and TikTok
- Design and schedule social media posts and campaigns.
- Photograph and film treatments, the practice and team members.
- Edit photos and videos into high-quality marketing content.
- Create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and produce monthly reports.
- Help increase new patient enquiries and brand awareness.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year's marketing experience.
- Experience managing Instagram, Facebook and TikTok business accounts.
- Experience using Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience running Google Ads campaigns.
- Experience with SEO and website updates.
- Confident using Canva or similar design software.
- Experience creating and editing photo and video content.
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Preferred
- Previous experience within a dental practice or healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of private dental treatments.
