Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Experimentation roadmap, reporting & always-on management
  • QA playbook & development schedule
  • Trends analysis & CVR improvements
  • You will own the CRO optimisation roadmap - building the experimentation plan, prioritising opportunities by revenue impact, and forecasting growth through quarterly-planned development releases, a live testing backlog and executive reporting.
  • You will map the end-to-end funnel, from acquisition (PPC, paid social, organic search, direct and referral) through engagement (landing pages, content, resource downloads) to conversion (forms, bookings, consultations) - turning each stage into a revenue opportunity.
  • You will run an always-on experimentation programme, testing everything from layouts, navigation, forms and CTAs to messaging, headlines, social proof, offer positioning and progressive profiling.
  • You will lead experimentation reporting, building data-driven hypotheses, running statistical analysis and delivering clear test read-outs the business can act on.
  • You will dig into behavioural analytics - heatmaps, session recordings, form analytics, surveys and voice-of-customer insight - to uncover what's really driving, or blocking, conversion.
  • You will optimise landing pages through audits, message-match reviews, page hierarchy and CTA and mobile experience improvements.
  • You will apply conversion psychology and persuasion principles - trust, authority, urgency, social proof and cognitive load reduction - translating them into copy recommendations and UX deliverables.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary, commensurate with experience and seniority
  • Performance-related bonus linked to individual and business outcomes
  • Hybrid and flexible working arrangements
  • Structured professional development budget and learning opportunities
  • Pension and healthcare options
  • Exposure to a broad and diverse portfolio of professional services businesses across K3 Advisory Group
  • A fast-paced, commercially driven environment with real scope for career progression
