Job Summary
Own the EMEA CRO program across all ITCG digital channels to lift conversions and customer value.
- Own the EMEA ITCG Digital CRO programme across all ITCG digital channels, including e-Commerce sites, brand websites, Amazon, mobile apps, email, and paid media landing experiences.
- Lead a testing program with robust A/B and MVT strategies to optimize performance across all digital touchpoints.
- Drive incremental revenue by improving the digital customer experience and conversion rate across the ITCG ecosystem.
