Job Summary

Own CRM automation and personalization workflows to boost member engagement, conversions, and revenue, while ensuring reliable integration with the broader tech stack and measurable performance through dashboards.

  • Automation and Personalisation: design and implement lead nurture, lifecycle sequences, and segmentation-driven content to drive growth.
  • Technical Collaboration: partner with the product/engineering team to ensure smooth Brevo integration and aligned data flows across systems.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own automation build-out
  • Design and build workflows and automation sequences including lead nurture, member lifecycle triggers and follow-up sequences. Identify automation opportunities to increase member engagement and conversion.
  • Expand personalisation capability
  • Identify and implement opportunities to use segmentation, dynamic content and contact attribute tools to improve how we communicate across different audiences and lifecycle stages. Work with us to identify and prioritise the highest-impact personalisation opportunities, and implement them in a way that drives membership growth, revenue, and engagement.
  • Support technical integration
  • Work with technical team and digital product owner to ensure Brevo connects properly with our wider technical stack, including our ecommerce and ERP platforms, website forms, connected marketing tools, and data flows reliably across platforms.
  • Set up reporting and dashboards
  • Configure reporting dashboards and KPI tracking so the team can measure what’s working and make informed decisions on an ongoing basis.
  • Training and adoption
  • Deliver onboarding/handover session for the marketing team. Create simple documentation and playbooks using existing knowledge sharing tools, ensuring the team can confidently manage the platform independently .

Requirements

  • Solid CRM implementation experience and the ability to get up to speed quickly are essential.
  • Extensive hands-on CRM experience.
  • Comfortable embedding into an established team who are mid-transition, working with, and building on, existing processes.
  • A solid background in digital marketing is essential - this is a marketing, not a technical or project management role - with proven ability to add commercial value through the implementation or management of a full CRM solution.
  • Able to translate technical decisions into plain language for non-technical stakeholders without over-engineering the conversation (or solutions).

Preferred

  • Experience of working with Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) would be a bonus but not essential as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Dynamics experience and skills will all be highly transferable.
